We have been working with dentists and their local SEO for 19 years.

Methodology

We optimise your site by keeping the main treatment pages location-free. We add another section of the website that is not just optimised for dentist + [your location] but also for every location we believe patients would travel from.

How will you track and attribute calls + form leads from SEO and what does reporting look like?

We track all events (calls, form submissions, clicks, emails, etc.) through Google Analytics. We set this up for you.

We refer to these as web conversions. At the end of the month, we report on many KPIs, of which conversions are only one.

Web conversions are then compared with data from the clinic’s principal or practice manager. How many new patients came to the practice this month, and how many “converted” into paying patients?

What’s your process for improving conversion rate on key pages

We do this by adding depth to your current content.

Whereas most dentists have a single page on implants, we expanded this into single implants, multiple implants, All on 4, implant-retained dentures, the process of getting an implant, aftercare, costs, and financing costs  etc.

By developing the depth of the content, we not only answer every possible question a new patient could have, but we are perceived as more “expert” by Google (think E-E-A-AT).

We have been using this strategy for over 19 years with great success.

How will you handle Google Business Profile and local pack visibility?

GMB optimisation is very simple and really just a matter of ensuring that your profile and services/location match exactly what they are on your website.

  • Images and photos are the next priority. Who does not look at photos of a business they are about to visit!

Then it is a question of adding all of the relevant businesses and social information, including everything from parking to booking links. Products, blogs, and Q&As can all be added.

Reviews are really the main priority when talking about Google My Business optimisation. Get over 75, and you will appear higher in Google Maps (Source: ChatGPT, to be taken with a pinch of salt).

What’s your approach to reviews—how you’ll help us earn more (ethically).

We are constantly encouraging our clients to reach out to their patients not only for a Google or Trustpilot review, but also, where appropriate, for before-and-after photos.

We advise on emails to send to patients, including treatments, offers, and discounts that can be collected if they leave a review.

There are any number of strategies that will work with happy patients. A number of our clients gain 10 a week.

What we can tell you is that a sign, “leave us a review,” will not work!

What will you do in the first 14 days and what access do you need from us?

We need you to answer the questions above. Then we need access to WordPress, Google Analytics and Search Console.

We will need practice and dental images. We will also need the before-and-after images.

That is it. In the first 14 days, we will have agreed on a plan and be working on creating new treatment pages to attract new patients.

  3. We can design and upload all new content.

We are a hands-on agency and work quite happily without constant direction. We have done this over 600 times before.

Who will actually do the work (strategist, writer, developer), and how many hours pm are we allocated?

We charge £80 per hour and sell hours in batches of 10 per month.

  1. You have a single overall strategist and account manager, Mr Sykes.
  2. You may deal with all of the team, a copywriter is assigned to your campaign and they will liaise with you regarding new content.
  3. The SEO team will work on optimising the site on-page for Google and AI, and off-page with backlinks and social media mentions.

What will you NOT do for us, and what would make you fire a client?

We don’t offer any advertising services; we are solely organic search experts. The only time we have ever had to let a client go was when a clear case of bullying was reported.

We are a happy, hard-working agency, and we work with some really great, enthusiastic dentists. We call them partners and some friends.
